The Lutheran World Relief Community Quilt

JusticeJustice

Every day, all over the world, through outdated customs, civil conflicts, ruthless business practices or sheer tyranny, people’s rights are violated. To make matters worse, they often lack a just system of recourse. LWR’s rights-based approach to development is guided not by charity but by the fact that we are all equal in God’s eyes, and that all people have a fundamental right to basic human services such as health, education, and housing.
